By Christina
I bought these boots for my husband, who is a mechanic, after reading some of the reviews. He works is all kinds of weather, and with the cold weather now he really needs some warm boots. He called me the first day he wore them to work just to tell me his feet were warm and that the boots were so comfortable. They are exactly what I was looking for.

The last 10 or so years, I bought these boots whenever I needed new ones. In 2009, I bought a pair as usual, and they were the worst fitting that I had ever bought. They nearly felt like they were on the wrong feet! In 2010, I went to another more expensive brand on a recommendation. They didn't work out well, but still better than the last pair of Cat boots. This year I decided to try Cats again. Boy, am I glad I did. The fit was as good as any boots I can remember, right out of the box. Maybe these are from a different supplier, I don't know. They seem longer, fit the contour of my foot and tighten evenly. My only gripe is the lack of a tongue loop to keep the tongue centered. These would be killer with the new wire and knob type lace system I have on my golf shoes. We can wish can't we. In any case I will buy these again, and will recommend them to anyone that asks. A great value. Most boots last me one to one and a half years of daily wear. Hope this helps.
