4Stunners!
By AN Shotubo
Since I wear safety shoes for at least 12 hrs every work day, I needed something light, and these just fit the bill. They are fitted with vibram soles and composite toe rather than the conventional steel toe. These make the shoes much lighter than your average Red Wing shoes. I typically go for function before form when shopping and these shoes are just one of those choices that make you wonder if you did not go for form over function? But they look good and are equally protective in the harsh environment (oils, chemicals, rains, etc.) where I work.
I don't think a day has passed when I haven't had folks walk up to me to ask about these shoes. They definitely get a lot of attention. I got two pairs in black and brown.
One thing you have to watch out for though is that they run rather narrow. So you may consider buying the 2EE (wide) sizes if you don't have narrow feet. And that's the only reason I give them four stars.

4almost great
By Kyle King
These boots are very well made, waterproof and electrical shock proof with a composite hard toe. However these boots may be too well made. My feet get really sweaty in these boots, not a problem i ever had with any other Carhartt boots. The break-in time is about what i expected. I work long days and the comfort level does begin to fall after about 12hrs on my feet. I have been wearing them for about three weeks so im hoping they will continue to soften up.

4Gets the job done...
By David A. Arredondo
It's a well constructed boot I'll give it that. Took awhile to break in but once it did the fit and flex work great. My only problem with it would be the ankle rub, hurt pretty bad the first couple of weeks but as I said they broke in fine.
