The boots bend on top of your toes.
Good looking but not great for comfort.
Thought Chippewa would be a good boot even from china, not so.
I bought these to try out before spending big bucks on the U.S.A. one's.
Daner makes a much better Made in U.S.A. boot.

My man loved it. These are great looking in person and the quality is great. I originally urged him to get a pair of shoes to use for hiking because the last time we went on a easy trail he did in his Lacoste casuals.... Anyhow, he says these Chippewa are very comfortable and gives very good support. He have been wearing them everywhere ever since he received it.

PK has been wearing this style of boots for at least 20 years...glad we were able to find them, as this is the only one he wants. I hope they will still make them a few years from now when the new pair finally wears out!
